Yoga ALCHEMY relates to this wondrous path that acknowledges this life as a gift imbued with limitless transformational possibilities. This is not to imply there’s any need to fix or alter anything about ourselves, only to reveal what’s already whole, complete and a divine expression of each of us.
YogaALCHEMY yoginis & yogins reside in the heart, the hub of alchemy, to recognize the Tantrik promise that our essence nature of eternal blissful freedom is ever present regardless of life's circumstances to welcome the truth that all of life is happening for our awakening.
YogaALCHEMY is far more than asana mastery and physical alignment. For a dedicated yogi/yogini, this is a sacred path of awakening to take you into the depth of embodying who you truly are and have always been, as your most radiant expression of freedom.
It is learning how to cultivate courage, compassion and heart-felt connection to oneself, others and life, in order to experience the ordinary as extraordinary.
Each class is taught with a heart-centered theme and enriched with the use of ALCHEMY Centers, ALCHEMY Patterning of the breath and energy body, and the five ALCHEMY Principles.

The ALCHEMY Alignment Principles & Centers of yoga ALCHEMY
The ALCHEMY Alignment Principles are RECEIVE (Receive the wondrous, raw, vivid experience of being part of the vastness of Consciousness), EMBRACE (Hug in with the muscular energy of the physical body to honor our individual participation with universal Consciousness), BOW (Bow inwardly to honor the actions that reveal Universal presence found in the back body), INTEGRATE (Integrate the Universal presence of the back body with the actions that reveal Individual presence found in the front body) & SHARE (Extend life-affirming, alchemized vitality of wellbeing outwardly to share with all beings.)
ALCHEMY Centers refer to the magnetic energy centers, actual vortexes of vitality in the body where prana, life-force energy flows into and back out of, like the pulsation of a heart or the ebb and flow of waves in the ocean.
The ALCHEMY Centers are located in the core of the pelvis, the core of the heart and the core of the head.
These 3 ALCHEMY Centers are activated by actions and awareness using the ALCHEMY Alignment Principles. Vibrant patterns of energy emerge to move stagnant energy held within our physical, emotional and spiritual bodies. What comes forth is an ever-deepening sense of harmony, vitality and connection to enhance our lives in relationship with ourselves, others and all of life.
In essence, as we practice together, we activate the ALCHEMY Centers with the potency of the ALCHEMY Alignment Principles (AAP’s) and uplifting non-dual Śakti-ŚaivaTantrik philosophy, using the wisdom practices of mantra, meditation, breathing & asana, to alchemize what is limiting into what is life enhancing. We practice with the true understanding that it’s not only for our wellbeing, but also for the benefit of all beings.
MEntoring
The YogaALCHEMY mentoring is intended to take you far beyond asana mastery and physical alignment. For a dedicated yogin/yogini, this is a sacred path of awakening that takes you into the depth of embodying who you truly are and have always been as a whole and complete expression of divine Consciousness, in order to share from a place of absolute authenticity & freedom.
The YogaALCHEMY mentoring program is for aspiring teachers and also, for all yoginis & yogins, seeking to deepen on the spiritual path of self-discovery to establish connection and recognition of the sacred in life and in all beings.

Intention
I am simply delighted to be able to offer you YogaALCHEMY practices such as mantra, meditation and devotional movement, enriched by tantric teachings and philosophy, divine feminine mysticism and mythology, and inspired by Mother Nature herself. Alchemy means transformation, and yet this does not imply changing anything about yourself.
In fact, the practices help you reveal and remember more of who you already are, a whole, complete, vibrant, creative expression of divine consciousness. The YogaALCHEMY practices will more fully connect you with nature's rhythms, cycles, seasons, and the elements, which then open and awaken your sense of true belonging and authenticity. You too can tap into what it feels like to be completely alive.
